2. Eligibility for Cancellation:
Please note that not all orders are eligible for cancellation. Customized products, molds, and accessories are specifically created or manufactured according to your unique specifications, making them ineligible for cancellation once production or customization has begun. However, you may still be eligible for partial cancellation, depending on the stage of production and materials used. Our customer support team will provide guidance on the available options.

3. Partial Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel only a portion of your order that includes customized products, molds, or accessories, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review your request and inform you whether partial cancellation is feasible. In the case of partial cancellation, any non-customized items or standard products within your order will still be processed and delivered accordingly.

4. Refund Policy:
If your cancellation request is approved, and a refund is applicable, please note the following:

a. Customized Products: As customized products are specifically made to your specifications, they cannot be resold. Therefore, refunds for customized products will NOT BE ISSUED.

b. Molds and Accessories: Refunds for molds and accessories are subject to the condition of the items and their resale potential. If the items are unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale, a refund may be issued. However, if the items show signs of wear, damage, or customization, they will not be eligible for a refund.
